DIGITAL HELP FOR SENIORS
Patient tech help. Without the stress.
Friendly digital help for seniors who want to use a phone, laptop, tablet, email, WhatsApp, photos, online services, printers, documents, or the internet with more confidence.
The goal is not to make technology feel complicated. The goal is to make daily digital life easier, calmer, safer, and maybe even enjoyable. I help seniors learn at their own pace, while also giving relatives a bit more peace and free time.
For seniors and the relatives who always get called for tech problems.
Add a short landing video here later: who this service helps, what kind of problems I solve, and how patient digital support can make technology feel less frustrating.
WHY THIS SERVICE EXISTS
Because “just click there” is not teaching.
Many seniors do not need someone to rush through the problem and leave. They need someone who explains calmly, repeats without judgment, writes down the steps, and helps them understand what is happening.
This also helps families. Relatives often become the default tech support for everything: email, passwords, photos, printer issues, WhatsApp, banking confusion, scams, updates, weird pop-ups, and “the phone changed again.”
I can become a go-to person for digital difficulties, so relatives are not constantly stuck fixing the same problems and seniors can feel more independent.
START HERE
Start simple. Tell me what is difficult.
The first step is understanding the person, the device, and the problem. Some people need a quick fix. Others need repeated, calm practice until the steps finally feel natural.
Free intake / 15–20 min
A short conversation with the senior, a relative, or both. We discuss the device, the problem, the level of confidence, and the best next step.
Start with free intake →First support session
We solve the most important problem first and, when useful, I explain the steps slowly so the person understands what happened.
Book first session →Choose ongoing support
For repeated help, choose a small package or monthly check-in so there is always someone to ask before problems become stressful.

One-time help or a trusted digital support rhythm.
One-time sessions are useful for urgent or specific problems. Packages are better when the goal is confidence, independence, repetition, and less stress for the senior and family.
For longer support packages, interest-free installments can be requested before starting. Until payment-provider options are finalized, this can be arranged directly through DreiWorks.
Best first step if you are not sure what kind of help is needed.
Start FreeGood for one clear problem, a first session, or basic help with one device.

Digital confidence needs repetition.
One session can solve a problem, but repeated support helps the person remember the steps, ask better questions, and feel less dependent every time something changes.
- Packages make it easier to repeat important steps calmly.
- The senior gets used to one trusted support person.
- Relatives spend less time solving the same problems again and again.
- I can keep track of what was explained and what still needs practice.
- Longer support gives me a more stable schedule, so I reward it with better pricing.
RECOMMENDED
Start with the 4-session starter pack.
For many seniors, one session is not enough. The first session solves the urgent problem, but the next sessions help repeat the steps, practice safely, and build confidence.
If there are many recurring issues or a relative wants more peace of mind, the 3-month plan is a better fit.
Less panic
Problems become easier when there is someone calm to call before everything feels broken.
More independence
I do not only fix. I explain the steps so the person can slowly do more alone.
Less pressure on family
Relatives can stop being the emergency tech department for every small problem.
Safety first
We talk about scams, passwords, suspicious messages, privacy, and safer online habits.

Because transparency matters to me, I want supporters to see how close this service is to becoming possible. Small contributions would go toward the practical setup needed before I can responsibly offer careful weekend package delivery.
Progress will be updated transparently. Once the target is reached, this donation request should be paused or removed.
HOW IT WORKS
Calm, practical help with written next steps.
I keep the session simple. We solve what matters, explain the steps, and when useful, I leave a short written summary so the person can remember what to do next time.
Tell me the problem
A senior, relative, or caregiver explains what is difficult and what device is involved.
We solve the priority
First we handle the issue causing the most stress or blocking daily use.
We practice slowly
I repeat the steps and let the person try instead of doing everything too fast.
Clear next steps
When useful, I provide a short summary, reminders, or follow-up recommendation.
SAFETY & BOUNDARIES
Helpful, but careful with privacy.
Digital help for seniors must be handled with trust and care. I can guide, explain, and help with devices, but sensitive information should stay private.
- Clients enter their own passwords whenever possible.
- I do not store private passwords, PIN codes, or banking details.
- I can explain online safety, but I do not take over someone’s financial decisions.
- For banking, medical, government, or legal matters, I can guide navigation but not act as the person.
- If a relative books for a senior, the senior’s comfort and consent still matter.
FOR FAMILIES, CAREGIVERS & ORGANIZATIONS
Need recurring digital help for someone else?
I am open to helping families, caregivers, community initiatives, and senior groups that need patient digital support, small workshops, or recurring digital confidence sessions.
- Use the inquiry form for family support, senior groups, workshops, or recurring help.
- Private one-time support can be booked directly through the normal booking flow.
- Custom support plans are available for families or community groups.
- Calling or direct messaging is best only if you are genuinely unsure what to choose.
